Sponsored Read 2026

Running from 1 September to 30 October 2026 our sponsored read is a fun and inspiring way to encourage a love of reading while raising funds The Great North Children’s Hospital Fund.

Pupils, young patients and their siblings are invited to read 6 books, each of a different genre, over the challenge period and collect sponsorship from family and friends. Every page turned will help to make a difference for the young people and their families at The Great North Children’s Hospital.
