Staff Art Club is a relaxed monthly meet-up for Newcastle Hospitals Trust staff to explore different creative techniques, from textiles & mending, painting, printmaking, to sculpture and more.

Sessions are led by local artists; staff are also welcome to bring along their own creative projects to work on. Staff Art Club sessions are a great opportunity for staff to develop new skills, connect with other colleagues and carve out some time each month to be creative, helping reduce stress and support wellbeing.

Regular staff sessions run monthly, with additional cultural visits and remote sessions occasionally programmed in cultural venues across the city.

Printmaking workshops this autumn

This autumn, Staff Art Club is back and hosting a new series of creative workshops for Newcastle Hospitals Trust staff.

Join us to explore various printmaking techniques including lino relief printing, etching and screen printing; the sessions will support staff to realise their own creative ideas through printmaking. We’re excited to be working with printmaking extraordinaries, NewBridge Print Studio to deliver the workshops, including a screen-printing session at their print studio.

Staff Art Club is a great chance to learn new skills, connect with other colleagues and carve out some time each month to be creative; helping reduce stress and support wellbeing.
