Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • Open to UK residents aged 16 or over.
    • Participants under 16 must have consent from a parent or guardian.
    • Employees of Newcastle Hospitals Charity, Eldon Square, or associated agencies (including KMG), and their immediate families, are excluded from entry.
  2. How to Enter
    • Attend the Every Step Bauble Making Workshop in Eldon Square during the event dates.
    • Create a bauble and take a photo or short video of it at the event.
    • Post the content publicly to Instagram/Facebook.
    • Follow and tag @newcastle_nhs and include the hashtag #WithYouAtEveryStep in your post.
    • Each valid post counts as one (1) entry. Private accounts will not be visible and therefore cannot be counted.
    • No purchase or donation required to enter.
  3. Entry Period
    • Entries accepted only during the live event dates 24.-28.11.2025 (as displayed on event signage and social media).
    • Entries posted outside this period will not be considered.
  4. Prize Details
    • Three (3) winners will be selected at random after the entry period ends.
    • Each winner will receive:
      • £20 Eldon Square Shopping Voucher
      • Fudge Plush Toy
      • Every Step Campaign Pin Badge
    • No cash alternative. Newcastle Hospitals reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    • Winners will be selected within 3 – 5 days of the event ending.
    • Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message from the official account @newcastle_nhs.
    • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.
  6. Content Usage
    • By entering, participants grant Newcastle Hospitals Charity permission to reshare, reproduce, and use the submitted content (including the participant’s Instagram handle) across:
      • Social media channels
      • Websites & newsletters
      • Campaign promotional materials
    • Content may be used royalty-free and without further notice.
  7. General
    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta.
    • Newcastle Hospitals Charity reserve the right to reject entries deemed inappropriate, offensive, or not aligned with the Every Step campaign.
    • By entering, all participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
